Are you a new or seasoned RN with a passion for mental health looking for a full-time role? At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeking compassionate and motivated full-time Registered Nurses to join our Virginia REACH team in supporting youth with I/DD and mental health needs at our warm, home-like Youth Crisis Therapeutic Home (YCTH) in Culpeper, VA.
$5,000 sign-on and retention bonus for PT, new hire nurses \ $10,000 sign-on and retention bonus for FT, new hire nurses
Schedule Option:
- PT: Saturday & Sunday, 7p-7a.
- PT: Saturday & Sunday, 7a-7p.
- FT: Monday - Friday 11p-7a.
Your Role in Our Mission:
- Provide compassionate medical and nursing support to youth with intellectual/developmental disabilities and co-occurring behavioral health needs.
- Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with clinical protocols.
- Conduct nursing assessments.
- Educate and empower individuals regarding their mental and physical health.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, person-centered care.
- Oversee and assist Behavior Technicians.
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all nursing services and observations.
- Uphold compliance with all regulatory and clinical care standards to ensure the highest quality of service.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $75,000-$80,000 for full time / $40/hr & up for part time weekends.

What We’re Looking For:
- Licensure: Current valid, unrestricted licensed as a Registered Nurse in state of Virginia.
- Knowledge: MH and I/DD systems of care preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and documentation.
- Experience: Crisis prevention and intervention services preferred.
- Transportation: A valid driver's license and car insurance for occasional transportation to appointments.
